- Opportunity for user feedback along their journey through the centre
- Bandwidth detection to provide the best user experience with speed of loading
- Tracking of customer activity in the Resource Centre including:
- areas visited
- length of viewing time
- downloads requested
- survey questions
- feedback
- Reporting back to the salesforce
